A part is designed using CAD software
Our skilled engineer designs the 3d model with CAD software, depends on the detailed machining requirements from client, make an intial visual 3d model. Then have further improvement and optimization for high performance of the model, at final, the best design model is created.
The design is converted into CNC code (G-code)
Then engineer converts the 3d file into CNC code (G-code), which is process programming, can order the cutting tools to work and process a solid metal block into precision machined part. So engineer hand the cnc code file to cnc machinist and operate the cnc machining center to finish the process of the part.
Conduct Tooling Path, Finish CNC Machined Part In-House
The first machined part is processed under machinist monitoring, the tooling path maybe is adjusted and improved if the part is tested by high precision inspection device, there is a difference between tolerance of the machined part and the detail data that customized on demand. Until the first machined part is confirmed, then record the process data, the mass production for the machined parts will be created with repetitive and accurative actions one by one.
